Custom text input for options not available in the drop-down?

Hello all,

I've been using vue-select and it has been a great experience. My requirement is as mentioned on the title, to enable custom text input if the option is not available in the list. I'm not sure if its a huge feature, but this exact thing is available in vuetify js here: https://vuetifyjs.com/en/components/combobox/

Please let me know if this can be implemented already or if I'm missing something. Thanks in advance!
