Add methods for ZabM_ker and ZabM_indexrank (not available in GP) for linear algebra over cyclotomic fields.

As these are only available in pari >= 2.11.0 we either have to choose between

  • do not add access to functions from libpari not (yet) in GP
  • drop support for pari < 2.11.0
  • make these two methods conditional on pari version
