For the first time ever I actually wanted to use the Assistant menu with a Jupyter code cell... because I wanted to ask a question about the cell. But asking a question is not even an option!

I do realize I can click the assistant button at the top. However, it would be extremely natural for the very first item on the Assistant dropdown menu to be "Ask a question...". It could just pop up the same AI assistant as usual, with that cell selected by default.
