License URL not updating when radio button parameters changed in the store #8640

Describe the bug
The license URL is not appropriately updated when you change the radio button parameters in the CoCalc store.
Specifically, switching from Business to Academic does not update (nor changing from monthly to yearly subscription). However, selecting the "specific start/end date" option DOES update the URL as well as changing the run limit.
