"Could not load page" when tapping on a container

I'm running SFOS on an Xperia 10iii (defaultuser). To save a bit of space on my root partition, I removed Containers a few days ago, which had allowed me to run Arch and Debian without any problems. After having solved my storage issues (I extended the root partition), I reinstalled Containers.
Since then, I haven't been able to control the containers. When I tap on any container I get: "Could not load page". I'm able to create new containers without any problems, but I can't stop / start / destroy them...

So I removed the app and cleaned up all of the remaining files in /home.lxc and the other folders in /var/lib/ and /usr/share/ to start from scratch.

I installed Containers again, but the problems persist. Any suggestions?

I don't remember all the folders to ensure you deleted them all, but one potential issue (not sure though, don't get your hopes too high) could be that some files were not properly deleted if the daemon was still running. Did you try killing the daemon as described here here before cleaning everything and restarting from scratch?

To make sure you really restart from scratch, you could also check the commands recommended when cleaning a manual install before installing from Chum.
