[Bug] CKA Question 16: Update image for test #42

Describe the bug
In question 16 of the CKA exam the bitnami/kubectl:latest image is mentioned to be used for the test-pod (to validate the RBAC permissions from this exercise). Unfortunately this image is not available with this tag anymore:

Expected Behavior
Test-pod runs without failing (due to unavailable image).
Actual Behaviour
Test-pod fails to start because of non-existing image manifest.
