Add blog example in examples directory

Currently I am testing everything in this [Ship less JavaScript™️ blog post](https://shiplessjavascript.com/blog/client-server)

Let's add a blog example in `examples/blog` so we can use the latest version of all dependencies and it also makes it easy for anyone to test out Sails Content.
