Description
Bro in srcb.in or sourceb.in it is very complicated to see instead of that can you add the ticket system it self generates the transcript and send a url to the user to visit. If the dashboard is enabled. Then the ticket system will create that transcript and send the user the link. The link will be used to view if the dashboard is enabled in transcript will use the dashboard domain and send the link and when users go the link they will see their transcript for example :-
https://my-bot/tickets/case/{any-number-or-alphanumeric-combination} then this will be sended to the user and then the user can view it also the design of the tickets transcript you can take from this github repo https://github.com/ItzDerock/discord-html-transcripts
I thought about this after seeing a bot. And the bot was using https://ticket.pm src code
