Sync Record Does Not Create Local File

Right clicking on the directory -> "Sync Record" and selecting a file to bring in locally, doesn't create the file locally as stated.

"This will retrieve a list of files, once you select the file from the list it will be created locally."

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/Machine/Sites/servicenow.com/xxxx/client_scripts.catalog/Show/Hide User Fields - onChange.js'

It would seem that the script expects the file to be already created?

I ran into this issue last night, it's due to the "/" in the Client Script name.

I should be able to fix this today and submit a pull request.

I'm going to add extra data into the settings file for each saved file, separating out the file name from the business rule name.
