Steps to reproduce

1. In the dashboard go to the product details page
2. Go to the stock area and set the stock quantity to 1 for all warehouses
3. Track inventory is NOT checked
4. Save changes
5. Go to the storefront and find that item

Result:
The product is still Out Of Stock in a storefront, even if there is 1 item in each warehouse.
6. Go back to the dashboard and click the 'track inventory' checkbox
7. Save changes
Result:
The item is now available
8. Add it to the card 3 times
Current result: It is possible even if there is 1 item in the stock
