Register Endpoint for Custom Journey Builder Component

Hi, I am hosting on https/localhost but get the following error when opening Journey Builder (my custom activity is not visible) 'Journey Builder error: 'One or more custom activities failed to load'.
I am wondering if I am entering the wrong endpoint URL when installing the package. What should this endpoint URL be for a https//localhost?

please pardon the super late reply here... but you cannot host locally. The backend service must be able to reach out to the service to load the config.json. As a result, you must deploy to a service that is reachable publicly and it must be HTTPS.
