Need to run without cert-manager #43
Description
I am having issues with cert-manager on my cluster, and I have stopped using cert-manager for all my other deployments (I have a wildcard certificate for my domain purchased from Digicert that I've placed in a secret that my other deployments use). I am wondering if there is a way to deploy sidecar injector without cert-manager in place.
