Incorrect Orientation sometimes chosen on reload operation #11
Description
On several of our displays the portrait orientation is being selected on a refresh operation of the digital signage (refresh operation currently performed by killing chromium and restarting it every 10 minutes in a CAGE wayland session)
also noticed on standing selfchecks that use a portrait monitor, but the display frame for signage is 16:9 landscape.
Investigate why portrait is being mis-selected and resolve
