Nightwatch and Saloon

I've just installed Nightwatch on one of my apps and noticed that none of outgoing requests are being logged. I assume it has something to do with

There is a code example, but I'm not sure what the best way to implement this within Saloon would be. Would love to hear if others have figured this one out yet.

There's a middleware for it in the Laravel plugin, but it's broken at the minute with a pending PR to fix it (saloonphp/laravel-plugin#65).
