[FEATURE REQUEST] Add the ability to uninstall Salt through bootstrap

We have a couple of documentation requests here on this repo for documentation about how to uninstall Salt. See:

• How to uninstall salt which was installed with this boostrap script #1452

I was following up on these issues with @garethgreenaway and he says that we currently don't have the option to uninstall with the bootstrap script, but felt that would be a good addition.

I feel the opposite.
The script is complicated enough to bootstrap, let alone, uninstall for all supported platforms and install scenarios.

Perhaps when the script only handles single bin installations...
