Preserve: Truekeep the ownership and permissions of a file during a file.copy, I would like to have an option to keep the m_time : "Time of most recent content modification".I don't know if this should be in the same option
Preserveor not.m_time is return by os.stat and already implemented here, so module would look a lot like https://github.com/saltstack/salt/blob/develop/salt/modules/file.py#L374
