Clearing salt-ssh cache

I have this directory on the Salt master: /var/tmp/.root_1ec649_salt/running_data/var/cache/salt/minion/salt-ssh/ - that, if I understand correctly, contains files that are sent via salt-ssh. The directory size is over 1 GB and it keeps growing. Can I manully delete everything in there or do I need to call a special runner to clear it?

It's completely fine to delete the directory manually.
