Feature Request: Metric system

Since we don't have imperial measurement system users in our group, before we take any movement (or the GM takes any scaling decisions) we need to convert feet to meters. This gets very tedious after a while, and I'd much prefer that my players could look at the number and immediately understand what they're looking at, so my feature request is the following:

Can you please add an option to toggle between imperial and metric systems?
