Hide persistent "Emergency calls not possible" (Phone Services) notification

I really love the app! I would like to request a feature (or an update to "Snooze System Notifications") to hide a specific persistent notification from Phone Services ("Telefondienste").

The Problem: On my Pixel device, I get a persistent warning "Emergency calls not possible" (Notrufe nicht möglich) because I am using a specific network setup (e.g. WiFi Calling without cellular). Android completely disables the toggle to hide this notification in the system settings (the toggle is greyed out), so I cannot dismiss it.

Request: Could you add a way to force-hide/snooze notifications from Phone Services (Package: com.android.phone), specifically filtering for the "Emergency calls" warning?
