Status bar wired 📱 phone icon

Hi there essential developer hope you're doing fine
After trying your app i didn't touch status bar icons view option
But there is a wired device icon appeared

And is there anyway to reset stats bar icons to default

There should be a reset button now in the statusbar icons settings :)

@sameerasw I don't think you should close this issue. I also faced this problem after immediately after setting up the app.

For pixel users facing this issue. The app enabled "Auto-rotate screen" status bar icon, just turn it off.

The issue is that how Android handles the icon visibility, It is treated as a blacklist so if if this property is used, it should be pre-set with all the icons to be hidden by default. And then if I clear out the setting, I think it reset to the AOSP behavior which is with auto-rotate icon visible.

I will try to build a default config but it might break on other OEMs. Let's see... Maybe I'll add a separate button for resetting on Pixel devices.

Yeah this isn't really a bug with the app I'd say. It's more accurately in my opinion at least a design oversight with AOSP.. Then again we aren't really expected to be messing with these kinds of settings but I'd argue that's an even greater oversight.

Either way as mentioned above a suitable work around for the time being is to just turn the rotation lock icon off so long as you don't need it.
