[BUG] Fix Dynamic night light app detection

Currently the app detection is not reliable and sometimes it randomly gets detected as a whitelist app not be active while it being in the foreground.

Unfortunately came to conclusion that this is in fact an Android bug with app detection if they are using Gesture navigation. At least on Pixels, found no way to improve reliability.
