[Feature]: Add an option to show seconds on the clock, only when quick settings are opened

Proposed Solution

I would like to see seconds on the clock, but not always. Only in Quick settings. So can you please add an option like this to the statusbar icons feature?

I am currently looking into a way to detect the QS panel being open for the screen locked security feature so if I figure that out, this will be possible 😇
