RouteTown License Agreement

1. Grant of License
   This software (RouteTown) is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions
   You may not:
   a. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.
   b. Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the software.
   c. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software.

3. Ownership
   The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the software will remain the exclusive property of the author.

4. Termination
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the author if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
   The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author further disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the product remains with you.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
