Add way to disable NPC editor GUI for OPs

Hi, I really like Taterzens.
Right now, right-clicking an NPC always opens the editor for OPs,  in small multiplayer games with friends, usually everyone is OP — so no one gets the real gameplay experience.
It would be great to have an option to disable the GUI — maybe through a config, a command, or only open it when sneaking or holding a stick.
