Sorry for the lack of transparency. I'm a similar situation to Rahim in that I'm working with Mux (not full time) on their skins for the Video.js 10 release. The aim is to build a new player will all of our learnings over the years; essentially, using a solid foundational core like Vidstack, with a design quality similar to Plyr and the decades of collective skills of the team at Mux building Media Chrome (and much more!) to come up with a much more modern player.
