Question: Pull requests for non-iso but still significant flag additions?

Specifically, for a language project I'm working on, looking to add YU (part of ISO reserved into 2053 despite being a little obsolete) and esperanto. It'd be nice to be able to access them generally, so it is worth me adding those functions if you'd be willing to merge, otherwise I can just use an svg for my purposes.

Would you be interested in that expansion?

Thanks for the proposal, sure we can both :

1. add YU as there is an ISO code
2. add esperanto flag (as there is already EU for flag, wich is not really a specific country)

Do you want to make a proposition or do you wait me to update with the the two flags ?
