Add in-memory support for tar

There's already in-memory support for gzip so it makes sense to be capable of streaming tar. It is a common multi-file format which increases flexibility for how files can be stored and retrieved.

After some research this is difficult with native APIs. I would require Apache Commons library and I don’t want to expand the dependency list.

Probably easier to implement my own binary format in Groovy.
