[electron-chrome-store] no longer hides the 'install chrome' CTAs

The electron-chrome-store log used to prevent the chrome installation bar and top right box from appearing, but it has stopped doing this (see screenshot below in Shell) - It does correctly update the name in the installation bar, but I would prefer if these were fully prevented from being shown.

Alternative solution

I currently wait for the bar and box to appear in the DOM and then remove them with a mutationobserver. This works, but is slow and leads to some layout shuffling.
