Dose Calculation on Real Body

Hello dear programmers, greetings,

This project is really interesting and useful.
I built Cython files successfully and tested the algorithm on a simple phantom of myself too and it was good,
now I want to run on a patient that has RT structure, RT Plan, and CT DICOMs,
So I imported CT items with densities and created a new phantom that matches together and also added my RT plan, now my question is: what are the other sections that should be dynamic, and I must change them for the result of a correct calculation? especially like in the block section or the square of the field of calculating, and other parts except for kernel and settings just for now.
