Crossref module documentation in wiki

The `Connecting to authorities via predefined modules` section in the wiki has documentation explaining how to use most of the authority modules that exist in QA but does not have a page for Crossref.  It would be great to add one for increased visibility and adoption of the Crossref support built into QA.
