3D rendering is not working with VTK 9.3.0 as tested in macOS and Windows.

  • On Windows, there's an error that Mayavi was built with VTK 9.2.0, but the wheels are for VTK 9.3.0, then the app crashes when opening the 3D viewer
  • On macOS, the app simply crashes
