add codec version info to table and results.csv

Sometimes implementations improve (or worsen?) the performance in newer versions. It would be nice to have the table in the report describe the version number of each codec implementation that is under test. For example, was it Kakadu v.8.0.5 or v.8.2.1 or v.8.2.2 ?

Having this version info in the CSV could also be helpful.
