island_finder.pl does not work.

I think it is good to offer a "testdata" folder. I would like to see what the input format looks like.

I tried the first step, island_finder.pl, but it does not work. It kept saying the following message.

Reading file M_p_mt.txt.stats
Can't open M_p_mt.txt.stats

My input fasta file name is M_p_mt.txt. I prepared M_p_mt.tax file and put in the same folder.

Could you please tell me what's problem, and how to run this program?
From your readme file, I understood that I should run your five perl scripts in a row. Is it correct?
