Github Actions on Push

Since we already run the tests on a PR request, the results should be the same on a push to main, since no one is directly allowed to push to main.

It seems possible to get rid of rerunning the tests on a push to main, but a bit more work than I first thought. You would have to store the test information and then you would create a new action which looks at that information and decides what to do.
