Behind the meter (BTM) freezes utility search if no match #69

Version: Windows, v.2.0.b
In the BTM module, when searching for utility rate structures, if no matches are found in the search, the command window prints
[WARNING] [RateStructureDM] No results matched the query.
Meanwhile, the BTM module window freezes/hangs and the module must be killed and restarted.
