meteor-spk should have a "version" command #27
Description
The sad that I had today involved breakage caused by having the wrong version of meteor-spk symlinked. I had no good way to test this except deleting the folders of the old version and finding breakage. I kinda expected meteor-spk to respond to "meteor-spk version" or a similar command and tell me what version of meteor-spk I was running.
