Further development of the webui-popover plugin → USE THIS FORK

I just wanted to point out that this is still one of the best plugins for tooltips/popovers (by July 2019).

I see that the last commit was in 2017, so please keep the development alive.

"webui-popover" is the only plugin I found that is easy to use and provides the flexibility needed 👍

All other jquery plugins failed...
