I have a project that uses a lot of array fields with limitations, mostly setting the max number of items in the array. I have been able to hid the "Add Button" when the max is reached using this new feature #3797.

Would be great to have a way to also hide the "Add above" and "Add below" from the individual item component's menus without rebuilding the entire item component
