GitHub Foundations Exam Not Launching #1725

I have been trying to launch the Github foundations exam on PSI but it keeps giving the below error. An unexpected error occured on the server. I have tried multiple browsers and settings. Request you to help as today is the last date to give the exam. I tried to reach out to PSI chat support but they couldn't help me. |

Open a support ticket @ https://support.github.com/ and hopefully you should be able to recieve a coupon to give your exam via Pearson Vue. I recieved mine last night after opening a support ticket and specifically mentioning this thread and stating how multiple people faced the same issue and hence it couldn't be an issue on our end. P.S : Not sure when the coupons will be provided via the GitHub Education programme as was the case with some of you but this should work. if you're unable to do it let me know. |
