Guideline missing for running the code.

I read your paper,

And this repository is for Cell detection (I guess), but I could not find any info or details in this repo. Can you please give some details about how to use this repo with some video file of cells?
Or may be how you used this code in your paper with the dataset mentioned in the paper?
