cellrangerAggr fails due to 'library_id'

Dear sansomlab,

The cellranger pipeline fails at the cellrangerAggr task with the error message
"The column 'library_id' is deprecated. Please use the column name 'sample_id' instead of 'library_id'"
in all-aggr.log

Could you please help me to solve or work around this problem? I don't understand the source of the error since I also don't really understand the difference between the different id's used in the pipeline...
