Unclear Script name used shout.php

Please clarify the usage of

shout.php on line 147 of server.php

ws://$host:$port/demo/shout.php

Specify where and how to use the same.

theirs a server code update to use: stream_socket_server()

this fixes ssl/https but also uses improved code which sorts this out correctly,
changes to "WebSocket-Location: wss://$host:$port\r\n"
