[BUG?] Settings > API not visible in tutorial "Expose Integration Flow Endpoint as API and Test the Flow"

Hi,

I followed the tutorial "Request Product Details with an Integration Scenario": https://developers.sap.com/mission.cp-starter-integration-cpi.html

The first two sections "Set Up Integration Suite Trial" and "Design and Deploy Your First Integration Flow" worked (more or less).

In the third section "Expose Integration Flow Endpoint as API and Test the Flow" (https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-starter-isuite-api-management.html) step 2, I have an issue:

Step 2, substep 1. says "Choose Settings > API ..."

=> Even though I have enabled "Manage API" capability (see screenshot) I don't have an option API in Settings (again, see screenshot).

I had the same issue.
In my configuration I had to open Settings/runtimes and there was "Manage Apis" shown as inactive with a button to active.
After clicking the activate button the activations was done properly and I could go on with the following steps.

Once activate you can use the tile "Manage APIs", it now has to clickable links.

With that I summarize what seems to be wrong in the "Expose Integration Flow Endpoint as API and Test the Flow" (https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-starter-isuite-api-management.html) tutorial and how to resolve the issue:

Step 2: Define the API

Substep 1. and 2. does not work because neither 'Settings > APIs' nor 'Configure > APIs' are available in left side navigation bar.

Instead use the following steps:

1. Select 'Settings > Runtimes'
2. Click 'Activate' button (if API Management is in Inactive state). This enables links on 'Manage APIs' tile on Home page (see further steps)

3. Select 'Home'
4. On the home page scroll down to 'Capabilities' section where 'Manage APIs' tile is located
5. Click Configure APIs to open a 'Configure' page.

6. Click 'Create' to open the Create API dialog, which Substep 3. in the tutorial refers to.

After this sequence, which worked perfectly, I saw that now also a 'Configure > APIs' entry in the left-side navigation exists.
I don't know when this appreared, may be it was enable through the Activate in step 2.
Then you could just continue with substep 2. in the tutorial after 1. and 2. ... I didn't check this, pls try and see if it works.

Even though this is a workaround users might help users to continue with the tutorial, the tutorial steps itself should be fixed, correct?

Thanks a lot for your answer. This did solve the problem for me. I´m not sure if would call it a "workaround". For me this sounds like a good solution.
