Expose Integration Flow Endpoint as API and Test the Flow

Step 2 point 1 "Provision the API Management capability." was for me under settings / runtime but in the tutorial is written it would be under Settings > APIs
Could you please adapt the tutorial because this caused me some headache.

I´m working with the trial account.

Provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Region: US East (VA) - AWS
Environment: Multi-Environment

Not sure if it is different in the Singapur Region.

In a different tutorial I faced the same issue and the tutorial responsible gave me the solution.
To activate this, I need to open Setting > Runtime instead of Settings > APIs, so this seems to have changed.
