Remove X From undefined TypeURIs in events.

We've had an X in front of undefined TypeURI's with log messages as well for a long time, to help indicate what events need audit mapping.

The challenge here is that the X is customer facing. There is nothing to document or define to a customer what the X means.

It's really an internal notification, and should only be a log message and not changing the events in a way that makes no sense to the customer.

Remove the X from undefined TypeURI's in the mapping, and rely on the logging to communicate the issue as a warning message.
