New release

Hi,
I have a library crate that uses saphyr and would really like to be able to release with a version that uses tracking of opening spans from past elements.
Does the project have any plans to release a new version in the near future? It's been a while since the last release.

@Ethiraric sorry to bother you, but could you also consider #84 and #85 and the rest of the PRs from @bourumir-wyngs before release?
