RISC OS 3.00 doesn't work with HostFS / HostFS doesn't work on RISC OS 3.00

Create a new machine and select RISC OS 3.00 ROM.
Extension ROM is enabled and HostFS appears on the iconbar.
But clicking on it just locks up the machine.
HostFS should be fixed to work on 3.00 or possibly really just disabled as it is when selecting RISC OS 2.

RPCEmuHostFS is "Dormant" but RPCEmuHostFSFiler is not.
So really, RPCEmuHostFSFiler should not start up without RPCEmuHostFS.
