Support Python 3.13

Hello, I see that 1.15.0 supports Python 3.12 which is great! Would it be possible to make a release which also supports Python 3.13? Python 3.13 was released in October 2024, and I'd like to continue including python-swat in the distribution my team maintains which includes it.

Support for Python 3.13 is on the list of things to do. Unfortunately, I have no information at this time as to if or when it will be available.

Thanks @bkemper24. We are working on a contingency to disable SWAT based functionality for the time being, and will add it back as soon as there is an available Python 3.13 release.

Python 3.13 is now supported in python-swat release 1.17.0
