Export SAS Notebooks to Markdown #1653

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The original problem is that GitHub does not render SAS Notebooks. You'll tell me that I can export to HTML. But GitHub does not render HTML too!
Describe the solution you'd like
When I export a SAS notebook, I'd like to export it as MarkDown if I specify .md.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried to find an extension that converts HTML to Markdown. I tried one. But it wasn't working in VS code desktop, and wasn't available on VSCode-server (used in SAS Viya Workbench).
