Dataset properties does not show dates

Describe the bug

In a library I right click and select Properties. I can see the information but under Technical Information for Created and Modified, I can only see the text Invalid Date.

Running a proc contenst on the same dataset will render the correct Created and Last Modified.

Steps to reproduce

1. In a library I right click and select Properties.
2. Under Technical Information for Created and Modified, there is no date, only the text Invalid Date.
